• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, and drafts.

• Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

• Remove all packaging and trim the wick before burning.

• Do not extinguish candles with water or allow debris to enter the wax.

Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions. Use of our candles is at your own risk.

3. Product Variations

Our candles may be handmade or produced in small batches. Variations in color, texture, scent strength, or finish are natural and do not constitute defects.

4. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• An order is not considered accepted until it has been shipped.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or misuse.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Unused candles in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14–30 days of delivery (as specified on our Returns Policy page).

• Opened or used candles are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation to be eligible for replacement.

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
